I finally had the time to sit down and write about what went through the past few weeks of my life. It was a blur, it’s like it’s not really happening and I am only waiting to wake up from this nightmare. I never thought this experience would ever happen to my family, I wouldn’t even wish this to happen to anyone at all.
2014 is not that bad, I’ve gone to places, bought new things, provide for myself, share some of my blessings to my family and friends. But the last months of the year I have been on a dark place, I am not on my best mood, unhappy and not contented with just everything about my life. Here is a quote from a blog I posted a couple of months ago:
I wanted to start my life. Reset. And it will only happen if I quit. And I will. With or without a new one. I don`t wanna just hop on another job just because I felt like I needed a back up. I wanna be able to find a job that will make me feel like I want to do it for the rest of my life. A job that will take me somewhere. Not exactly immediately on top but somewhere on my way to it.
If you don’t go after what you want, you’ll never have it. If you don’t ask, the answer is always no. If you don’t step forward, you’re always in the same place.
Live the life you choose.
1 month ago, I decided to quit my job as a Nurse in a Cosmetic and Dermatological Clinic to pursue a career online as a Virtual Assistant. I started out with no experience, but because this field is something I am interested in and good at (at least for me) within a week of looking for clients I was hired and started working immediately!
When it comes to purchasing make-up here in the Philippines, you have to be 100% sure that the shade you got will match you. Because unlike in the US most of the companies here does not accept shade exchanges or product returns. So you got the wrong shade? Or generally just dislike the product? Then bye bye money to you!
Do you ever wonder why you live where you are? Why you came from such a place and ever dream of living somewhere far from where you are now?
I know I always do.
